A long and very good day, in three parts. Grays Harbor was pleasant but quiet, with plenty of swallows and little else moving. Westport Jetty was the opposite: busy, loud, and full of Brown Pelicans, which got photographed at length and deserved it. Then the drive back to Seattle and an evening at Union Bay to finish. Nine new species, thirty species photographed, and the largest single haul of frames so far.
